This listing is for a BSP threaded connector with a hose barb. We offer four options:
1. **Straight Connector – Barbed**
2. **Threaded Connector – External Thread**
**Available Sizes:**
We offer this item in six sizes, with the barb measured as the internal diameter of the pipe it fits. The thread size is measured as BSP thread and requires a hole size as stated below:
– 1/2″ BSP = 21mm hole
– 3/4″ BSP = 26mm hole
– 1″ BSP = 33mm hole
– 1.25″ BSP = 41.9mm hole
– 1.5″ BSP = 47.8mm hole
– 2″ BSP = 59.6mm hole
**Installation Instructions:**
1. **Prepare the Hole:**
– Find the pre-drilled or fitted hole on your tank and check compatibility with our adapter. If it is not compatible, drill a new hole in your desired location.
2. **Insert the Adapter:**
– Remove the nut from the adapter, leaving the washer on the thread. Insert the adapter into the hole.
3. **Secure the Adapter:**
– Screw the nut on as tightly as possible. Hand-tight with both washers should be sufficient to prevent leaks.
4. **Attach the Pipe:**
– Push your pipe onto the connector and tighten with a clip or cable tie to prevent leaks.
